All brand new Gametrix KW-90x JetSeats and SimShaker JetPads are under 12 months warranty of the manufacturer.
1. Replacement parts
If we have managed to remotely localise a failed part of the device, you ship me the failed part(s) back at your own cost and expense, so as I could return the part(s) to the manufacturer, and I ship you replaceable part(s) at my own cost and expense.
2. The whole device
Since Gametrix authorized service centers are located in Russia, if we couldn't localise the failed part(s) of the device or if the failed part(s) is(are) not easy to replace, you should send the whole device back to me. We share shipment expenses, i.e. you send me the device at your own cost and expense and I send you repaired device back at my own cost and expense.
In general, I ship replacement parts via regular mail. Express delivery may be provided as a paid option on customer request.
